*PERAZZI MODEL SC3 OVER/UNDER TRAP GUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 32327. Beautiful trap gun with 32″ vent rib bbls, flat milled rib with Bradley red ivory bead and silver center bead. It is choked FULL/IMP-MOD and has single trigger and ejectors. It is mounted in very nicely figured streaky French walnut with beavertail grasping groove forearm and pistol grip stock with a Morgan adjustable trap pad. The stock has a Monte Carlo comb and a rosewood grip cap. The receiver is coin finished with full coverage deep engraving with vignettes consisting of three bird dogs and two partridge on the left side in a very detailed field & forest scene. The right side has two bird dogs on point with a flushing covey of birds in a field & forest scene. The bottom of the receiver is likewise very detail engraved with two landing mallards in a water scene with reeds in the foreground and forest in the background, all surrounded with beautiful intertwined foliate arabesque patterns. The opening lever and forend iron are engraved to match. Accompanied by a spare set of release release trigger and its original yellow plastic & styrofoam shipping case with stock wrench. CONDITION: Very fine, the bbls retain 96-98% strong original blue with light muzzle edge wear. The receiver retains most of its original coin finish. The trigger guard of the set in the gun show moderate wear, while the backup set appears new. The wood is sound with usual light handling and use marks with some heat crazing on the side flats and forearm, otherwise retains most of a fine custom finish. 4-53683 JR1013 (3,000-5,000)
