Verso decorated with winged maidens over a globe with seated Indian figure the globe inscribed “America Libre”. Total of 18 pierced ivory and silvered sticks. SIZE: 8-1/2” x 16-1/2”. 2) Hand painted and gilt depicting panels of a medieval procession within scrolling borders. Total of 14 pierced and gilt decorated foliate sticks. The verso painted with a scene depicting a sitter for a portrait in period dress. SIZE: 10-1/2 h x 20” w. PROVENANCE: From a private Leominster, MA collector.
