LOT OF FIVE CASE KNIVES & ONE IXL. Two Case XX Kodiak Hunters with 5-7/8″ curved blade, stag handle with brass hand guard & pommel, in their orig boxes with orig sheaths. One has the orig outer sleeve. New in box; two Case XX Bowie Hunters with black leather brass bound sheaths in their orig boxes. One has the orig shipping sleeve. New in box; a Case M1 Astronaut’s knife. It has a wide curved 11-1/4″ blade with saw back and white Delrin handles. The blade is marked Model 1966 and SN 1460. It is mounted in a stained hard wood box with plaque, which states that this knife was designed for NASA and the Gemini & Apollo projects. The background diorama of the box has a model space capsule with the earth in the background. New in box; the last knife is a large Wostenholm & Son reproduction Bowie with 10″ clip point Bowie blade with nice file work on the back, German silver hand guard and horn grip panels. The side of the blade is etched with the information that this is #50 of 100 made by Wostenholm before their merger with Joseph Rogers in 1971. Accompanied by a red leatherette covered box with “IXL” embossed on the lid. New in box. From the collection of the late John Hamilton. 4-52166 JR273 (400-600)
