EARLY CLOCKWORK THEATER. Quite possibly of an American manufacturer of 1870s-1880s. This framed diorama represents four ballerinas twirling around a mirrored stage setting with a gymnast (?) above on a swing. It’s quite similar in nature to toys that Ives produced, but of unknown manufacturer. SIZE: 11” x 10”. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. JL 1-7000 (500-1,500)
