FERDINAND LIEBERMANN (German, 1883-1941) LIFE SIZE BUST OF A GENTLEMAN. Large bronze bust of a well dressed gentleman wearing a coat, double breasted button vest, shirt and tie. Nice facial features showing mustache, goatee and flowing hair. Set on a double stepped base which is signed on the side “Ferdinand Liebermann”. Also impressed “KCC. ERZGIESSEREI. R. V. MILLER”. Probably a bust of a notable German political figure. Nice brown bronze patina. SIZE: 31” h x base 16-1/2” w x 11” d. CONDITION: Very good. 9-71435 (2,000-3,000)
