REGINAPHONE. Made by the Regina Music Box Company to compete with the phonograph popularity, they have included a phonograph in this music box. Upright carved mahogany case with carved lion’s heads, shell and paw feet. Lift the lid with serpentine carved front, raised panel on top, to get to the double comb music box. Phonograph is complete with tone arm and turntable. Two curved doors slide open for the horn. Two serpentine doors open for record and disc storage. Included are 24 metal discs and a small selection of 78 rpm records, original crank, and original $225 price tag. SIZE: 50″ t x 22″ w x 20″ d. CONDITION: Case is in very nice condition with lightly alligatored original finish. Mechanism is un-restored but plays very well. 1-7407 EO (6,000-8,000)
