*ENGRAVED KRIEGHOFF MODEL 32 TWO BBL TRAP SET.

*ENGRAVED KRIEGHOFF MODEL 32 TWO BBL TRAP SET. Cal. 12 ga. SN 714. Extremely beautiful Krieghoff engraved and inlaid in the exact same pattern as the later Model 32 and K-80 Crown Grade guns. It has original 30” vent rib bbls with dbl ivory beads, choked MOD IMP/CYL (opened up to this configuration from FULL/FULL). It is fitted with extremely beautiful Circassian walnut wood with skip-line checkered large forearm and pistol grip Monte Carlo stock, 14 1/4” over a collapsed trap pad. It has single selective trigger and ejectors. The engraving on the receiver consists of two gold bird dogs and three gold quail in a woodland scene on the left side and four gold pheasants on the right side, also in a very detailed woodland scene. The bottom of the receiver has a gold flying duck and “Krieghoff/Model 32” in gold. The entire receiver is full coverage engraved with very fine arabesque patterns surrounding the vignettes and has a fine gold wire border inlay. Also accompanies is a second set of 32” Krieghoff vent rib bbls, numbered to another gun, choked MOD CYL. The upper bbl has MOD choke and the bottom bbl has CYL choke opened to this configuration from FULL/IMP MOD. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain most of their custom blue with minor wear around the forearm area. Receiver retains virtually all of its fine blue finish. Wood is sound with the stock retaining most of its beautiful custom finish. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are fine although the original bbls seem to fit very tight and may need slight adjustment. 4-52383 JR180 (5,000-8,000)
