*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 44 WCF (44-40). SN 844235. Standard carbine with 20” bbl, full magazine, square base front sight and carbine ladder rear sight. It has gum wood stock and a staple and ring in left side of the receiver. The stock and bbl band have homemade sling swivels and there is a Chinese or Japanese character on the left side of the receiver. CONDITION: Very good to fine. Retains most of an old refinish with some chemical spotting near the muzzle. Good mechanics. Bright shiny bore with scattered spots of pitting. 4-52251 JR89 (750-1,250)
