*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 44 WCF (44-40). SN 824612. Standard carbine with 20” bbl, full magazine, square base front sight and carbine ladder rear sight. It has a staple and ring in left side of receiver and is fitted with gum wood stock and forearm which has had homemade swivels added. There is a Chinese or Japanese character on the left side of the receiver. CONDITION: Good. Overall retains most of an old refinish. Strong bright bore with a spot or two of pitting. 5-52250 JR87 (750-1,250)
