AFTER JULES MOIGNIEZ (French, 1835-1894) AN EAGLE. Fine large bronze of a spread wing eagle with captured bird in right talon. The other talon extended up and out. Mounted on a green polished marble base. A nice medium brown patina. Signed “J. Moigniez”. PROVENANCE: Fine private Long Island, New York mansion. SIZE: Total is 25-1/2”. Bronze is 24”.
