*RARE WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 TRAPPER CARBINE. Cal. 32 WCF (32-20). SN 874501. Beautiful short carbine with 14” bbl, square base front sight, carbine ladder rear sight, staple and ring on left side of receiver, uncheckered wood with 7 7/8” long wood forearm and nicely figured buttstock with carbine buttplate. This carbine is listed on the ATF site as having been exempted from the provisions of the National Firearms Act (NFA) and is no longer subject to registration. It can be sold as a curio and relic without licensing under the NFA. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains 96 – 97% strong bright original blue with only minor edge wear and some minor scratches on the receiver and wear on the bbl band. Wood is sound and retains most of its fine original oil finish with only a few minor scratches. Mechanics are crisp and it has a brilliant shiny bore. 4-52268 JR117 (5,500-7,500)
