BRASS AND WOOD PATENT MODEL BY W.R. EVANS FOR MAGAZINE GUN. This brass and wood device is complete with its orig Patent Model tags, which read “84685” and inscribed “W.R. EVANS MAGAZINE GUN DECEMBER 8, 1868”. This cyl. device has a revolving endpiece and four channels for holding cartridges, together with metal and wood attachment apparatus, as well as a photocopy of a page from the Patent Model book illustrating this item.
