WINCHESTER MODEL 1866 LEVER ACTION CARBINE. Cal. 44 RF Henry. SN 130439. Standard carbine with 20” bbl, full magazine, replacement Rocky Mountain front sight with original 2-position flip rear sight. It has straight stock and brass buttplate with trap. It has the connected initials “FHL” scratched in the left sideplate. CONDITION: Fair to good. Bbl has been cleaned and artificially aged with faint address but still legible. Magazine tube is a brown patina. Receiver is worn with rounded corners and light scratches and dings on both sides. Wood is very worn with moderate dings and bruises and an old refinish. Mechanics are fine with a worn dark bore. 4-52326 JR144 (1,500-2,500)
