*COLT ACE PISTOL. Cal. 45. SN 5102. This is a beautiful US Coast Guard Colt Ace that has been expertly restored. Gun shows to be 99%+, has factory letter showing it went to the commanding officer of the US Coast Guard Depot, Curtis Bay, Maryland on June 20th, 1934 with 200 guns in shipment. CONDITION: Metal of this pistol retains 99% finish and is orig to this gun. Bbl assembly is perfect inside and out with the proper fiber spacers on the follower spring. Magazine shows new and is proper 2 tone Colt Ace magazine. Grips just have the slightest high point edge wear on them, but are also in excellent condition. Although restored this is a very nice example of a very rare secondary military arm. 4-58347 BK88 (3,500-6,500)
