*COLT 1911A1 MILITARY PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. SN 841793. Early 1943 production with parkerized finish & full checkered plastic grips with large donuts & reinforcing web inside. Slide is numbered “846539” under firing pin retainer & it has the “WB” inspector stamp on left side with a “P” below magazine release button. With one “G” code all blue magazine. CONDITION: Very fine. Overall retains 95-96% or more orig gray/green parkerized finish with muzzle & sharp edge wear on slide with slight edge wear at front end of frame. The 2-tone line on slide is very distinct. Grips are fine, showing light wear. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bore. 4-59019 JR298 (1,250-1,750)
