FRENCH MUSIC BOX BIRDCAGE WITH TWO BIRDS. The square-domed top, brass cage has a brass perch covered with ivy and has one red and black feathered bird perched upon it; another black and yellow bird is on the ground looking at a small frog. The square wood base, marked “Made in France”, is decorated with flowers and encompasses a music box, which when activated articulates the both birds’ beak, head and tail. The cage is mounted with a large brass ring. SIZE: 19-1/2” h x 9-1/2” square. CONDITION: Generally very good. 9-71073-1 (1,000-1,500)
