*INLAND M1 CARBINE.

*INLAND M1 CARBINE. Cal. 30 Carb. SN 637245. Early carbine with 18″ rnd bbl dated “7-43”. Standard front sight with 2-position flip rear sight, flip safety and round bolt with replacement stock bearing the number “760545”. The front band is without bayonet lug. It is accompanied by an original green canvas sling & oiler and one 20 rnd magazine. It appears that the receiver is an old re-weld as there is evidence of welding on both sides of the receiver. CONDITION: As noted, fine. Probably an old re-build with bbl finished over scattered moderate to heavy pitting. Stock is fine with light scratches & handling marks. Mechanics are fine, bright shiny bore with some crud down near the chamber. 4-52351 JR153 (400-600)
