PAIR OF ROYAL VIENNA COVERED URNS. Beautiful handpainted Royal Vienna urns depict scenes of women with cupid on one side and one urn has a woman with sleeping child on the reverse while the other urn has a woman with courting gentleman on the reverse. Urns have intertwined serpent handles and maroon trim with gold filigree decoration. Both urns are artist signed in red “J. TFUHL”. Both urns marked with blue beehive and stamped “GERMANY”. Both urns also marked on inside of base with signatures, which we are unable to discern. SIZE: 12″ tall. CONDITION: One finial appears to have been broken off and reattached, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-67956 (2,000-3,000)
