*LOT OF 2 SMITH & WESSON CHIEF’S SPECIAL REVOLVERS. Cal. 38 Special, blued finish, 2” bbl, ramp front sights, 2-pc diamond checkered, medallion walnut grips, 5-screw models, small guard, small grip. 1) SN 30706. Early flat latch. CONDITION: Good to very good, all matching including grips, 85% original blue, thin on bbl and cylinder, brown backstrap, chipped grip, bright shiny bore, good mechanics. 2) SN 71514. Later thick latch. CONDITION: Fine, all matching except grips which are from another revolver. Retains 96-97% original blue, fired very little, light muzzle and edge wear, light freckled rust on the right side and sideplate, grips are extremely fine, bright shiny bore, good mechanics. 4-48246, 4-48254 JR304 (Anderson Collection) (500-800)
