*MAUSER PRE-WAR SINGLE SHOT TARGET RIFLE. Cal. 22 LR. SN 160951. Fine rifle with 27” medium weight bbl, ramp front sight, missing the hood and missing the bbl sight. The rear 1/3 of bbl and receiver are grooved for the sight. It is mounted with a 1-pc walnut stock having checkered forearm and pistol grip with Mauser embossed hard rubber buttplate. There is also a large Mauser cartouche on the right side of the butt. CONDITION: About good. All matching. Metal retains 75 – 80% original blue with the bbl and receiver having moderate crusty spotted rust. Stock is sound with a bruise and scratch or two and retains most of its fine oil finish.
