TWO JAPANESE CARVED IVORY FIGURES TOGETHER WITH A CARVED IVORY NETSUKE (Probably mid 19th Century). The first depicting two travelers with walking sticks and satchel and climbing on the back of a moving snake. Signed on underside of snake. SIZE: 8-1/4”l. The second depicting a father and son harvesting fruit. Depicted with a satchel, a basket with sickle on a rocky plinth amongst stalks. SIZE: 4-1/4”h. Together with a Netsuke of a kneeling gentleman with a long-tailed animal. SIZE: 1-1/2”h. CONDITION: The first in fine original condition with old surface. The second in very good condition, missing one stalk, otherwise very good original surface. The third very good overall. 9-90558-1 SM (500-1,500)
