*SMITH & WESSON TERRIER POCKET REVOLVER. Cal. 38 S&W. Blued finish, 2” bbl, half moon front sight, small knurled hammer, 5-screw frame. Grips are diamond checkered with medallions in an extended target configuration, and the grip frame has been modified with a notch to fit into the grips. Bottom of the grips are fitted with a flat blued metal grip cap secured into the butt with 2 screws. Srial number has been relocated from the bottom of the butt to the front strap. These grips are numbered to the revolver. SN 68813. CONDITION: Very fine, all matching including the grips, retains 95-97% strong bright original blue, with scattered very fine surface rust. Left grip has a crack above the medallion. Strong bright bore with a spot or two of rust, crisp mechanics. 4-48247 JR308 (Anderson Collection) (500-1,000)
