FINE REMINGTON WHITMORE MODEL 1874 DOUBLE BARREL DAMASCUS HAMMER SHOTGUN. SN 615. 10 ga. 32” ribbed bbls. Marked “E. REMINGTON & SONS. ILION. N. Y.” on top of the bbl rib. This action is also known as the “Lift Lever”. The forearm is attached with a key. This is a grade 3 shotgun with engraved lockplates, triggerguard and action, checkered deluxe pistol grip wood and an iron buttplate. This gun has been professionally refurbished to new condition. CONDITION: Very good to fine as refurbished. Areas of light pitting scattered on the surfaces. Casehardening colors are brilliant. Stock shows no use.
