RENE CHARLES ACHT (Swiss, 1920) COMPOSITION III. Large oil on canvas modern art composition with a large black and white painted symbol with blue and one square of rust color paint. It has a very heavy outside gray texture similar to cement and is signed bottom right “Acht 58”. Back in black paint has “Rene Acht III 58”. There is an “Andre Shenue” label with artist name and owner “Madam Engelhard”. There are several canvas stamps “Victoria Malleinen”. SIZE: 45” x 36”. CONDITION: Generally very good. There is one 1/2” x 1/2” chip to gray area. 9-29403 (800-1200)
