*SMITH & WESSON MODEL 1917 DA REVOLVER. Cal. 45ACP/Auto Rim. Blued finish, 5” bbl, fixed sights, smooth walnut grips with lanyard loop in the butt. The bottom of the butt has the usual markings and the bottom of the bbl “U.S. PROPERTY”. SN 53717. CONDITION: Fine, all matching including the grips, retains 95-96% strong commercial blue with several spots of rust pitting on the left side of the frame and sideplate. Grips are fine with minor handling and use marks. Strong bore with fine pitting, good mechanics. 4-48224 JR274 (Anderson Collection) (400-700)
