COLT POCKET NAVY CONVERSION REVOLVER. Cal. 38 RF. SN 4869. Blue & case colored with 4-1/2″ oct bbl without ejector rod and having the plugged rammer slot. It has rebated, unfluted cylinder with stagecoach holdup scene. The left side of the frame has “Colt’s Patent” and the left side of the trigger guard “36 Cal.” The hammer has the standard conversion of the offset firing pin attached with two rivets and loading gate with internal spring. It has brass grip frame and 1-piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine, bbl retains 90-92% strong bright original blue. The cylinder retains about 95% strong bright original blue and 96-98% stagecoach holdup scene. The frame and hammer retain most of their original case colors, fading on the frame, stronger in the sheltered areas, bright on the hammer. Grip frame retains traces of silver plating around the trigger guard primarily. The grips are sound with moderate wear and about 90% orginal varnish.
