FRENCH FASHION DOLL. Glass eyes, closed mouth, bisque head on separate bisque shoulderplate with blue inset glass eyes well painted eye lashes and eyebrows, ears pierced into the head, on stuffed muslin body with bisque forearms. She has been elaborately dressed in a two piece purple 1870’s style walking suit with matching hat and wears an antique blond mohair wig over cork pate. She has lovely antique blue leather fashion boots with high heels. SIZE: 18″ (45cm). CONDITION: There is restoration to the head starting on the left side of the head going over the left ear and underneath the neck. There is a chip in the edge of the bisque shoulder plate in the front and the body and arms are not as old as the head and shoulders. 1-7927 (700-900)
