PATENT MODEL: CANAL BOAT BY JOSEPH C. COOK. Original patent tag #128,713 dated July 9, 1872. Tin rounded rectangular flat bottom boat with pierced bottom to show works. Top of boat has series of gears of unknown purpose. SIZE: 10″ l. x 3 1/4″ t. x 3 1/4″ d. CONDITION: Boat shows some evidence of repair, gears are loose and no longer interact, generally fair condition. 1-1445 (300-500)
