FRANK C. KIRK (American, 1889-1963) “TROPICAL LEAVES” OR “GERANIUM”. Oil on canvas tabletop still life shows green and red leaves in redware flowerpot. Pot sits in a flower decorated saucer atop a print design tablecloth on stand with a white wall backdrop having hanging picture. Signed lower right “FC Kirk”. Housed in a fine wide silver gilt frame with white liner. Attached to stretcher are two exhibition labels. One from the Grand Central Art Galleries, New York. Other from the Boston Art Club. Each with different titles but the same artist. Back of canvas also signed “FC Kirk”. SIZE: 30-1/2” x 25”. CONDITION: Very good. 9-97357 (2,000-3,000)
