LATE PRE-WAR SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 38 Colt. SN 350922. Blue & case colored with 7-1/2″ bbl, thick original front sight and rampant Colt hard rubber grips. CONDITION: Very fine plus, the bbl retains 96-97% strong bright original blue and the ejector rod housing about 98% original blue turning plum on the outer edge. The frame retains about all of its original case hardening with faded colors overall, brighter on the right side, strong in the sheltered areas. The left recoil shield is mostly silver with a spot of patina. The screws are very fine and retain most of their original bright blue. The back strap retains about 90% original blue, thin with light scratches, strong in the sheltered areas. The trigger guard and front strap retain most of their original blue with light scratches on the front strap, strong in the sheltered area. The grips are sound and show light to moderate wear.
