LARGE GAUTIER FASHION DOLL. Bisque closed mouth swivel head, unmarked, on separate bisque shoulder plate incised “F” on one shoulder edge and “G” on other shoulder edge. She has lovely blue glass eyes, original dark blond mohair wig over cork pate and wears her original two piece striped silk 1880’s style walking dress with long train. Antique leather boots are newer than the doll. She is on her original white leather French fashion body gusseted at the hips and knees. SIZE: 23″ (58cm). CONDITION: All bisque parts very good, right wrist taped. Costume frayed. 1-7894 (4,000-5,000)
