The sheep are grazing facing the viewer in a rock strewn grassy field. Beyond are colorful trees in fall foliage with low hills beyond. Signed lower left “GA Hays”. Housed in a carved wood gilt frame. Titled and signed on back of canvas and dated “1929”. SIZE: 16” X 24”. CONDITION: Craquelure with some surface dirt. Otherwise very good. 9-71566 (1,300-1,600)
