*PEDERSOLI DELUXE 1874 SHARPS RIFLE WITH CASE. SN SCR141. Cal. 45-70. 32″ oct bbl, globe front sight, no seat cut for rear, tang-mounted 4″ Vernier sight. Top of bbl engraved “The Sharps Creedmoor”. 74 Model Sharps action is fully engraved with flowing foliate scroll, a bull moose in gold on left side, a charging buffalo in gold on right & 3 running buffalo in gold on lock plate; equipped with dbl set triggers. Mounted with select grade walnut, checkered straight grip with steel rifle butt, checkered forend with nickel nose cap. Accompanied by green canvas luggage case with leather corners. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Appears new. Bbl retains 98-99% orig blue with a few minor scratches & some faint wear on some sharp edges. Receiver retains virtually all of its factory case color finish. Wood is sound with crisp checkering, a few minor handling marks & retains virtually all of its factory finish. Forend is sound with crisp checkering, minor handling marks, retaining virtually all of its factory finish. Mechanics are crisp including set trigger; bright shiny bore as gun appears test-fired only. Case is like new with the green fading to olive color on outside. 4-35033 BDT272 (2,000-3,000)
