SCHNEIDER PADDED VASE. Very important Schneider vase is encircled by three clusters of padded grapes, all of which have been wheel carved. Grape clusters hang from inlaid vines of brown and green. All against a mottled orange to red background. Vase rests atop an applied amethyst foot. A similar vase is pictured in the book Charles Schneider by Marie-Christine Joulin & Gerold Maier on pg. 281. Signed on top of foot “Schneider”. SIZE: 15-1/4” t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 9-71635 (12,000-15,000)
