ANTONIO CITTERIO DESIGNED FOUR-PIECE ITALIAN PARLOR SET. Lot consists of a chaise, corner chair and two side chairs. 1) Two-cushion chaise with a frame wrapped in black leather. The long white cushion resting on a natural stained wood support which has impressed designer mark and B & B Italia label. The back legs are at an angle which support the separate back cushion. 2) Corner chair in similar design and style having one square white cushion and having the same label with embossed design stamp. 3 & 4) Pair of black leather wrapped side chairs with shaped seats and back. Purchased in Italy in the mid 1980’s. SIZE: 1) 30-1/4″ h x 26″ w x 60″ l. 2) 28-3/4″ h x 26 d x 26″ w. 3 & 4) 31″ h x 16-1/4″ w x 16-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: From a fine Downeast Maine Estate. CONDITION: Very good, cushions with some discoloration. One back side leather panel has shrunk and is separated from its edges of the corner chair. 5-60425, 5-60460 (800-1,200)
