GUSTAVE BOURGAIN (French, 19th/20th Century) OUT FOR A STROLL. Outstanding watercolor shows a man in full military dress with fancy hat holding hands with a young woman wearing a print dress, gold scarf and wide brim red bonnet. They stroll down a dirt road which overlooks the Mediterranean. Signed bottom right. Housed in what appears to be its original gilt gesso decorated frame with gilt wide liner and glass.
