PAIR OF AFRA & TOBIA SCARPA DESIGNED LEATHER ARMCHAIRS & OTTOMANS FOR MAXALTO. Model # 7505 and #7506. The large black leather armchair and ottoman having solid walnut frames. The cushions filled with eiderdown and supported by leather bound flexible strips of steel. The bases are cold-expanded polyurethane on a metal frame. Removable seat and back cushions. Purchased in Italy in the mid 1980’s. SIZE: Armchairs: 39-1/2″ h x 35-1/2″ w x 39-1/2″ d; 29-1/2″ seat h. Ottomans: 20-1/2″ h x 31-1/2″ w x 23″ d. PROVENANCE: From a fine Downeast Maine Estate.
