*RARE RANGER (MARLIN MODEL 90) SMALL BORE O/U SHOTGUN. SN R104. Cal. 410. 26″ matte top bbls with single brass sighting bead, 3″ chambers, IMP.-CYL/MOD. choke, dbl trigger and extractor. Made by Marlin and marketed by Sears & Roebuck & Co under designation of Ranger Model 103-14. Mounted with straight grain walnut, checkered pistol grip, serrated hard rubber buttplate and checkered field-style forend. Bore measurements are N/A. Drop at heel: 2-3/8″. Drop at comb: 1-5/8″. Weight: 5lbs 12oz. LOP: 14-3/8″. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain 97-98% original blue with some minor muzzle wear and a few light handling scratches. Receiver has 98-99% original blue with just some faint sharp edge wear and some minor pin prick size oxidation on right side. Stock is solid with a hairline crack on upper right side of receiver. Few minor chips in the varnish and some minor nicks and scratches and retains most of its original varnish finish. Forend is solid with some minor nicks and scratches and retains most of its original varnish finish. Mechanics are crisp with automatic safety and fine shiny bores. 4-35406 BDT153 (2,000-4,000)
