NINE-PIECE DINING ROOM SET BY B & B ITALIA DESIGNED BY FRANCO POLI. The dining table designed by Franco Poli in the Bernini Collection has a rectangular glass top with beveled top end edge and beveled bottom side edge. The top rests on two pedestals which are double conical shaped. This is referred to as the “Radio” table. The B&B Italia chairs comprise of six side and two arm. They are made of light alloy with padded seats and totally covered in stitched black leather. The backs are fitted onto the seats by means of a pivot while a flexible coupling makes the slope of the back rests adaptable offering more comfort. The side chairs are the “Arcara” model and the armchairs are “Arcona”. Both part of the “Arcadia” collection. Purchased in Italy in the mid 1980’s. SIZE: Table: 87″ l x 32″ w x 28-1/2″ h.
