All barrel sets are 26″ with matted vent rib and dual sighting beads. 12 ga. bbl is marked on left side “Remington Arms Co., Inc., Ilion, N.Y. Made in U.S.A./U.S. patent no.1,795.223-other patents pending/12 ga” and stamped “Skeet In/Out” on center bbl hanger. The three sub-gauge sets are marked with gauge on left side at chamber area and stamped “Skeet/Skeet” on center bbl hanger. Receiver is engraved with pointer on left side and setter on right. Bottom of frame is marked “Remington/Reg. U.S. Pat. Off/Model 32/3026/Skeet”. Mounted with fancy flame grain walnut with checkered side panels, fleur de lis checkered pistol grip, hard rubber grip cap with gold with initial oval. Removable wrap over leather cheek piece held on by velcro, Pachmayr white line vented recoil pad and checkered fluted target forend. 12 ga bbls: Bore diameter: top .739, bottom .739. Bbls all retain around 95% blue with some minor muzzle wear and a few light handling marks. Top latch has been finely stippled and frame retains 90-95% of a fine factory quality restored blue. Some thinning at sharp edges and a few minor scratches across bottom. Frame is equipped with a Miller single selective trigger. The fine replacement stock has very good checkering, a few nicks and dings and most of its fine shiny hand rubbed finish. Forend is sound with minor nicks and scrapes, moderately worn checkering and most of a thin added coat of finish. Mechanics are crisp with non-automatic safety, strong ejectors with nice shiny bores and all bbls except bottom of 28 ga has a couple minor shallow pits. Case shows some scuffing on outside and some moderate wear to inside lining. 4-35686 BDT199 (3,000-5,000)
