DAVID LEWIN GLASS & COPPER SCULPTURE. Wonderful sculpture by David Lewin is comprised of cast glass, copper plating and copper to create a sculpture entitled “Silhouette”. The wonderful sculpture shows the profile of a man when viewed from the side and appears as a stylized headdress when viewed from the front. Sculpture is unsigned and comes with a copy of an appraisal for insurance purposes from the Stein Gallery of Contemporary Glass. SIZE: 22″ t x 13″ w x 10″ d. PROVENANCE: To benefit the Maine Cancer Foundation. Established in 1977, Maine Cancer Foundation is an independent, Maine-based charity that awards grants to advance cancer research, education and patient support programs. 100% of funds raised remain in Maine.
