*COLT MODEL 1911 SEMI-AUTO MILITARY PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. SN 84989. Standard 1911 with 5” bbl, 2-tone magazine with small hole in bottom, and large, diamond checkered walnut grips. CONDITION: Good to very good. Slide retains 75 – 80% thin purplish blue finish with bright blue in sheltered areas, a couple of spots of rust and some minor dings on the left side. Frame retains about 50% good original blue with silver front and backstraps. Visible parts all appear to be original 1911 with the bore strong with light pitting in the grooves. Mechanics are fine. Grips are worn and dinged with a couple of battered screws. 4-52308 JR186 (750-1,250)
