Fabulous bronze case in the shape of a round balloon with net motif outside trailing two banners and tied to a square basket with rope and attached anchor and life ring. Mounted in a square fenced off area of a naturalistic square shaped base. 19th/20th Century. Round clock face having a dial with separate porcelain numbers and signs of the zodiac. Back of the movement marked “2723”. Signature in a round medallion inside a heart shape. Pendulum and key present. SIZE: 27” h x base 10” x 10”. CONDITION: Very good. 9-71250 (5,000-8,000)
