*OUTSTANDING BROWNING DIANA GRADE BROADWAY TRAP SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. SN 6394S69. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ bbls, Broadway vent rib, ivory center bead & white Bradley front bead, 2-3/4″ chambers, choked FULL / IMP-MOD, gold sgl selective trigger & ejectors. Left side of bbl marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY” and right marked “12 GA – SHELLS 2-3/4″ – MADE IN BELGIUM – BROWNING PATENT”. French gray receiver with typical “Diana” grade engraving of bold floral scroll with shaded background, 5 pheasants on left side, 4 ducks on right, 2 flying game birds on bottom & 2 rabbits on trigger guard, signed on both sides by J. LEWANCZVK. Mounted with select grade straight grain walnut, checkered pistol grip, “BROWNING” marked vented trap pad & checkered beavertail forend. Bore diameter: top -.722, bottom -.723. Bore restrictions: top -.035, bottom -.027. Wall thickness: top -.037, bottom -.034. Drop at heel: 1-1/4″, drop at comb: 1-1/8″. Weight: 8 lbs. 2 oz. LOP 14-1/2″. Accompanied by Browning Hartman case. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain 98% orig blue with minor rub on bottom bbl at front of forend, a few minor light scratches & some faint sharp edge wear on rib. Receiver has most of its gray finish with some very minor discoloration at edges touching the wood, trigger has some loss of gold. Stock is solid with some minor light handling marks and has most of its factory finish. Forend is sound with just some minor handling marks and most of its factory finish. Gun is equipped with a release trigger on under bbl and pull on the top bbl. It all seems to work fine with strong ejectors and shiny bores. Case is good with minor scuffing on outside and some staining on inside lining. 4-35028 BDT97 (4,000-6,000)
