FINE LEADED STAINED GLASS ART NOUVEAU STYLE PLATED WINDOW. Vertical rectangular window has fine stained and slag glass pieces. Leading has been bronze colored and is of excellent quality. Motif has a central shaped leaded glass clear area surrounded by mottled blue with rose colored scroll decorated leaf motif. A multi edged border with a colorful inner border having multicolor lattice work. A new oak frame completes the window. Area outside the central clear leaded area has a back overlay of opalescent and amber swirl glass. Unsigned but a fine quality antique window. PROVENANCE: Fine private Long Island, New York mansion. SIZE: Outside is 68-1/2” x 26-1/4”. Inside is 66” x 22-3/4”. CONDITION: Generally very good with some cracks. 9-74176 MD (800-1,200)
