PATENT MODELS: LOT OF 2. 1) Bed Bottom By Henry D. Fitch. Original patent tag #203,023, dated April 30, 1878. Miniature bed frame with 24 springs supporting the structure with coils crossing the bed. All metal model painted black. SIZE: 11″ w. x 7 1/2″ w. x 1 1/2″ t. CONDITION: Minor dimpling of metal, some surface rust, otherwise good. 2) Spring Bed Bottom By Samuel H. Reeves. Original patent tag #148,671, dated June 13, 1876. Folding bed frame with a series of coiled springs. Bed center is hinged allowing to open and close. SIZE: 7 1/2″ l. x 5 1/2″ w. CONDITION: Overall rust, generally fair condition. 1-1342, 1-1476 (500-800)
