PATENT MODELS: LOT OF 2. 1) Lantern By C. Hart. Original patent tag #100,289, dated March 1, 1870. Copper painted tin model with drum type cylinder suspended from six wires, attached to top portion, presumably to hold light. SIZE: 10″ t. x 3″ w. CONDITION: Possibly repainted, otherwise good. 2) Lantern By E.B. Requa. Original patent tag #209,921, dated Sept. 12, 1878. Aluminum framework with large ring handle and reinforcement ring. SIZE: 13 1/2″ l. x 6″ w. CONDITION: Lower ring detached, otherwise good. 1-1294, 1-1334 (500-800)
