*dot 1944 MODEL 98 MAUSER BOLT ACTION MILITARY RIFLE. Cal. 8 mm. SN 90343. Standard issue 98 Mauser with hooded front sight, 2,000 meter rear sight and laminated stock that has been reissued. It has an orig new Mauser sling on left side. CONDITION: Very fine, all matching, as arsenal restored. Retains virtually all of its bright clean blue finish to metal with a lightly sanded oil finish on the wood. Left side of butt has the old serial number lined out and the matching new number stamped.
