12” x 42-1/2” CASE CONTAINING THREE NAZI SWORDS ALL W/CAPTURE INFORMATION. The swords are all mounted in the Plexiglas case so that the maker’s name cannot be determined. (1) They include a field officer’s sword with red glass eyes in the lion head pommel. The scabbard has several dents and there is a light surface rust at the tip. (2) NCO sword with plain hilt. Blade is fine, the hilt has considerable verdigris. The scabbard is flaked but shows no bends. (3) Police officer’s sword, bright blade with considerable tarnish on the mountings of the hilt. The scabbard is lightly dented and missing about half of the black paint finish. From the Collection of the late Barney Frost. 4-53555-22 FS200 (500-1,000)
