FRANZ BERGMANN (Austrian 1861-1936) SLAVE GIRL AND ATTENDANT. Late 19th/early 20th Century Austrian cold painted erotic bronze figure group by Bergmann in the form of a female nude and attendant raised on a stepped naturalistic marble base with Oriental rug covering. The attendant holds robe of nude girl and articulates his arm to pull robe away from girl. Signed ‘Namgreb” on bottom of attendant’s robe. SIZE: 11” h. Base: 6” x 5”.
